Pack the Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided in the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to your nearest authorized parcel shop; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
